  • Our Team


    The Resolve it Architects team has many years' Architectural experience, both in Weathertighness Remediation and general Architectural pratice. 

    Principal Remedial Architect Mark Ansell has specialised in leaky building remediation for over 10 years. His philosophy is that a practical solution to weathertightness issues does not need to compromise good design.

    Directors Mark McMillan and Callum McKenzie also lead our sister company McKenzie Higham Architects.  Both Mark and Callum have managed significant residential, commercial and education projects – a number of which involved the resolution of weathertightness issues.

    Our lead team is ably supported by Architectural Designers Cristina Pop and Vivian Barnett and Architect Nigel Ball. Our sister company McKenzie Higham Architects provides additional expertise and resources as required.
